Appointment cancellations require 24-hour advance notice. Failure to cancel your appointment or late (less than 24 hour notice) cancellation will be charged half of the clinician's rate which will need to be paid prior to your next appointment and a pattern of doing so may result in a "failure to comply" discharge from the practice. You can cancel, change or reschedule your appointment through the secure Patient Portal (the preferred method) or you can call the office number to up to 24 hours in advance of your appointment to cancel with no charge to your account.
Reminder calls and texts are a courtesy service and should not be depended upon. ***Please note clinician cancellations are seldom, but sometimes necessary. This is a standard practice with most healthcare facilities and ensures that we are able to schedule and accommodate all of our clients who need appointments and to adhere to contractual Insurance and Federal guidelines for intake referrals.
