What do I do after hours if I am in Crisis?
Keller Heights Counseling does not provide emergency crisis counseling, this is a non-emergency outpatient behavioral health service. If you are experiencing an immediate life endangering or safety-threatening crisis please contact 911, or go to your nearest emergency room. If you or someone you know is suicidal, you can dial 988 the national suicide hotline for help. The Tarrant county mental health crisis line 800-866-2465 or 817-335-3022 may be able to help as well and Tarrant county has a mobile mental health crisis response team. What constitutes a crisis? If the patient is suicidal or in immediate danger of hurting someone, or if you have a medical health emergency.

Once your immediate crisis has been resolved, call the office or simply log in to the portal to schedule an interim appointment.
