Counseling Sessions Include (but are not limited to):

​Services are limited to ages 13 and up at this time due to difficulty providing play-based therapy over Telehealth. Sessions include diagnostic assessment, strengths assessment, potential barriers to progress, examination of family dynamics, problem identification, and goal-setting, and comprehensive evidence-based treatment.

Diagnostic assessment and social history to determine the best-practice technique that meets a client's individual needs and developmental level

Collaborative and individualized treatment plans

Use of counseling and therapeutic techniques based on research, clinical experience and best -practice. Cognitive-Behavioral, Trauma-Focused, Collaborative Problem-Solving, Supportive Individual Therapy, EMDR, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, Strength-based therapy, Family Therapy, Teaching of Coping-Skills to deal with triggers and stressors, Linkage to external resources, as well as wholistic practices and recommendations involving your overall health assessment, self care practices and environmental factors.
