  • Relationship Problems (Individuals with Relationship issues)  I usually refer out for couples counseling and see an individual primarily and will bring in family members if necessary

  • Senior Citizens with early onset dementia or chronic illness

  • Sexual or Gender spectrum identity issues (LGBTQ friendly and affirming office) 

  • Social Anxiety disorder

  • Stress-related disorders

  • Suicidal thoughts (ideation) without a plan

  • ** Active suicidal thoughts with a plan may warrant an assessment for inpatient psychiatric treatment intensive out-patient treatment or partial hospitalization - Case by case basis - Aileen has extensive experience with assessment and worked in an inpatient psychiatric facility but does not prescribe medication.    

  • If you or the client is actively suicidal with a plan and in danger of hurting themselves - this is an emergency situation - please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency hospital for a psychiatric assessment immediately.  

  • Survivors of serious traumatic events

  • Toxic relationship survivors and those coping with a narcissistic abuser

  • Women's issues, post-partum depression, PMDD, miscarriage, menopause, weight issues, self-esteem, relationships
